My name is Roberta Ferrara, and I own and run Budd's. Our family has been in business at this location in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, for 49 years. A New Jersey licensed and registered auto body facility, our specialties of bodywork, painting, and mechanical repairs have made our customers consistently satisfied throughout that time. We warranty each repair we do for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
Working with state-of-the-art technology, each vehicle is repaired by highly trained craftsmen using the most modern and up-to-date equipment available in our fifty eight hundred square foot shop. I employ six body and paint technicians who are I-Car and ASE certified, and who continue to attend progressive on-going training.
We are committed to paying the closest attention to all of a customer's needs throughout the entire process of getting a car repaired. We have a driver dedicated to picking people up and dropping them off at their homes or places of business, 24-hour towing, and a rental car company that will pick customers up at Budd's shop.
We are a Direct Repair for many major Insurance companies and have established relationships with them. This is very important to eliminate any hassle for the customer with their insurance company.
